No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to:

    •    Ordering the wrong item

    •    Personal preference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@visualsofjam.com with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Items must be unopened and unused for hygiene/sanitary reasons
